Psychotherapy for

Individuals and Couples

Individual Therapy

I welcome individuals who are seeking meaningful change in their lives. You might find our work together beneficial if anxiety or depression are causing daily distress, self-criticism and burnout are impacting your work performance, relationships feel unmanageable or disconnected, or if you're struggling to find true meaning and purpose.

Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore your experiences, where you can feel seen, safe, and understood. During our sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to process emotions, practice self-acceptance and compassion, and develop new skills such as emotional regulation or boundary setting.

I offer coping strategies to help alleviate immediate suffering while also working with you to address the root causes of your symptoms. Each session is personalized to meet your unique needs, drawing on my training in AEDP, Coherence Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other therapeutic approaches.

Couples Therapy

The health of your relationship deeply influences your overall wellbeing, which is why I’m dedicated to helping couples thrive. Many couples come in feeling disconnected—whether it’s emotional distance, struggles with intimacy, ongoing conflict, or difficulty making decisions together. Relationships are challenging, and we often lack the support and tools to navigate them successfully.

I’m passionate about helping couples develop the skills they need to succeed. I work with many kinds of relationships and collaborate with couples on their therapy goals. Drawing on my training in experiential methods, I guide couples in enhancing their connection by fostering emotional safety and focusing on the process of communication. In our sessions, we’ll practice secure relationship skills, uncover patterns keeping you stuck, express emotions, and explore the deeper purpose of your relationship.
